The Diploma of Change Management is designed to develop and assess competencies of managers and team leaders for dealing with change within their workplace. This Diploma provides the skills needed as a manager and leader to enable all stakeholders to embrace change positively. This course is suitable for use in all sizes of operations. Change can involve the business model, strategy and processes of an organisation and so leaders need to be equipped to manage this change positively. Participants can include those in roles such as managers, team leaders, supervisors and any individual responsible for ensuring change is implemented successfully. On completing this diploma, participants will have the ability to manage change for the betterment of both the organisation and its employees. In so doing, they will be able to execute each change step smoothly and in a timely fashion by guiding and encouraging team commitment.
